ÂMukhaputa on winning spree!

The meaningful and message filled ÂMukhaputa (The Cover Page) Kannada film produced by Prof Narayan Hosmane, Subraya Hosmane and Roopa Iyer  the brain child of danseuse, actress and thinker Roopa Iyer is on a winning spree of awards at the international level.
Among the six international film festivals ÂMukhaputa has taken part the first best feature film award it bagged is from the Ireland International Film Festival in which 200 films from 34 countries took part. In the final round seven films came for discussion at the panel of judges and ÂMukhaputa (The Cover Page) clinched the award as best feature film.
A film on the HIV positive in the young child the impact of it in the society and the care needed for such innocent babes is dealt by Roopa Iyer in her debut direction. She also appears in the lead role with child actress Saniya. Roopa Iyer remembered the tears among the judges at the Ireland International Film Festival speaking to this journalist. The positive thinking of the film was lauded by everyone who watched ÂMukhaputa at the festival says Roopa Iyer brimming with happiness.
Directed by Roopa Iyer the film ÂMukhaputa has music by Hamsalekha and cinematography by S.Ramachandra. Baby Sania, Ananda Theertha, Sumithra, Badri Prasad, Hamsalekha are in the supporting roles.
